Elementary-Age (K-5th grade): A.L.I.V.E. in CHRIST (Active Learning in Various Environments) is an innovative approach to Christian Education. The Bible story or truth is presented in various workshops over a four-week period. Each week, children engage in a different workshop designed with a particular learning style in mind. Art, drama, active games, and discussion are coupled with Bible reading to share the scripture in ways children can understand. All elementary-age children are encouraged to gather in Fellowship Hall at 9:45 a.m. for opening fellowship, songs, and prayers before going to their workshops.
