The Young Adults ministry at FCPC is for the young and young at heart! Come be a part of our vibrant, fun, and imaginative group and explore what it means to be a part of God’s kingdom. First Central’s Young Adult ministry is for folks aged 18 and up.

Schedule:

Sunday Morning, Church School

Our young adults attend the SALT class (Studying and Learning Together) in room 205. It’s a small and intimate group of people who enjoy reading and learning scripture through open discussion and imaginative wondering. We would love for you to visit our class. We meet during the Sunday School hour from 9:45-10:45 AM  

Thursday Night Study

Join us every Thursday night at Pastor Cliff Stewart’s house as we enjoy a time of fellowship and study beginning at 7 PM. The study is a great mix of discussion and fellowship. Our Thursday Night Studies are an excellent way to meet people outside of the church. Lessons are typically based off the lectionary readings for the week. 

Table Church

Once a month, we enjoy a special time of worship called Table Church during our Thursday Night Study. This event combines dinner, music, a creative proclamation of the word, and we explore a spiritual practice. It is one of our favorite events!
