Vision

LifeLine is a ministry dedicated to nurturing the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of older adults, encouraging them to continue to bless the Church and the community with their service, wisdom, and leadership. It is a result of the vision and work of Ms. Rebel Jackson, who saw the need and found a way to meet the need.  She infused this organization with her wonderful, caring spirit and her love.

Mission

LifeLine for FCPC is a caring servant ministry (1) by, with, and for older adults to bear one another’s burdens (2) and nurture old and young alike (3) in the way of the Lord (4).

1. John 13:14-16 ‘Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another’s feet. I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. I tell you the truth, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him.’

2. Galatians 6:2 ‘Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.’

3. Psalm 92:14-15 ‘They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green, proclaiming, ‘The LORD is upright; he is my Rock, and there is no wickedness in him.’

4. John 14:5-6 ‘Thomas said to him, ‘Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?’ Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.’
